The Tourism Training Australia National Skills Summit was conceived by the late Bill Galvin OAM as a peak forum to focus on issues facing training and education in the tourism, travel and hospitality sectors.
Tourism Training Australia is pleased to announce that the third annual Industry Training Solutions Summit will be held at the Grace Hotel in Sydney on April 30, 2019. This event will welcome over 100 key industry personnel to Sydney each year to discuss skills requirements for the tourism, travel and hospitality sector across the nation.

The 2019 TTA Teacher / Trainer of the Year Awards

Tourism Training Australia is pleased to announce that entries for the 2019 TTA Teacher / Trainer of the Year Awards are now open.
The purpose of the awards is to acknowledge, promote and encourage trainers to excel in a particular area of Vocational Education and Training (VET), and are open to all trainers / teachers currently employed in these fields.
Ten categories of awards are open and include Trainer in the area of Commercial Cookery, Trainer in the area of Asian Cookery, Trainer in the area of Patisserie, Trainer in the area of Hospitality Management, Trainer in the area of Food and Beverage, Trainer in the area of Travel and Tourism, Trainer in the area of Event Management, Classroom support / assistant, Food Service Outlet, Training Initiative

2018 Summit Overview
Tourism Training Australia was pleased to welcome 100 industry leaders to the Grace Hotel in Sydney on Wednesday, May 23, 2018 for this exciting and informative event.
