The third in the series will be ‘Keeping Evidence of Continuous Online Improvement’, on Tuesday, 26 May at 12:00, where TTA Executive Officer, Julian Harniman, will be joined by online learning experts, Nicholas Robert and Toby Jones from Learning Vault who will be available to answer all your questions live by Zoom Chat during the Webinar.

This will be followed by the fourth in the series called 'Blended Learning in Digital Environment'  on Thursday, 28 May at 12:00.

Everything shared by Nicholas and Toby will be based on best practices gleaned from their own experience as resources writers and strategies they've observed from their clients.

In this session, we explore how to retain evidence of continuous improvement in a digital environment and how to seamlessly replicate what you had been doing offline to online.

In this session we will explore the transition from classroom to web based delivery, looking at how some trainers have successfully augmented the same technics to apply them online and others have taken this opportunity to reimagine their entire delivery.

'Blended Learning in Digital Environment'
Blended learning is a common delivery mode for modern RTO’s, but how to approach this in a space now more reliant on web conferencing tools, can it still be blended if it’s delivered digitally?

Australian Tourism Skills Summit

The Tourism Training Australia National Skills Summit was conceived by the late Bill Galvin OAM as a peak forum to focus on issues facing training and education in the tourism, travel and hospitality sectors.

Tourism Training Australia expects to hold its fourth annual Industry Training Solutions Summit in the final quarter of 2020.. The event welcomes over 100 key industry personnel to discuss skills requirements for the tourism, travel and hospitality sector across the nation. The Summit plays a key rile in bringing the industry together to find solutions.

2020 Australian Tourism Teacher/Trainer of the Year Awards

Every year Tourism Training Australia hosts the Australian Tourism Teacher/Trainer of the Year Awards. The purpose of the awards is to acknowledge, promote and encourage trainers to excel in a particular area of Legislation is getting strict in regards to safe food Vocational Education and Training (VET), and are open handling techniques, and as April 2010 commences, to all trainers / teachers currently employed in these fields.

The Annual President's Dinner now well into its third decade, brings together around 300 of the tourist industry’s finest. Usually held in December those attending include senior Government representatives, travel organisations, hotels, motels, restaurants, registered clubs, airlines, supply organisations, manufacturers, TAFEs, private RTOs, government agencies and others from across the nation Australia, the Pacific and Asia — to celebrate our wonderful industry at this iconic industry event.
